After The Phantom of the Opera and Anastasia, from the same producers comes a new theatrical blockbuster: The Prince of Egypt – The Musical!

Following the resounding success of "The Phantom of the Opera" and "Anastasia," named Musical of the Year for the 2024-25 season, Broadway Italia Srl presents "The Prince of Egypt – The Musical," based on the animated film of the same name produced by DreamWorks, the renowned production company founded by Steven Spielberg.

Directed by Federico Bellone, this new production promises to be a major theatrical event, capable of moving and inspiring. The soundtrack is composed by three-time Oscar winner Stephen Schwartz, composer of masterpieces such as "Pocahontas," "The Hunchback of Notre Dame," and "Wicked." Among the most famous songs is the unforgettable "When You Believe," made famous by Whitney Houston and Mariah Carey and winner of the Oscar for Best Original Song.

The production stands out for its epic scale, with a live orchestra and over fifty performers on stage, spectacular special effects, and breathtaking sets. The result is a powerful, visually stunning, and meaningful musical that brings one of the most fascinating stories of antiquity to the stage with a vibrant, contemporary style. The Prince of Egypt is a musical with music and lyrics by Stephen Schwartz, and a book by Philip LaZebnik. Based on the 1998 Biblical animated film of the same name, the musical follows the life of Moses from being a prince of Egypt to his ultimate destiny of leading the Children of Israel out of Egypt.
